Plaintiff was able to prove that he did complain of wrist symptoms one day after the crash during a recorded statement taken by the insurance adjuster from his insurance company.

His insurer offered $5,000.00 of his underinsured motorist policy limits. When the Plaintiff rejected his insurer’s offer of settlement, the parties proceeded to arbitration. Plaintiff underwent a neuropsychological examination and evaluation over a two-day period where it was determined he suffered post-concessional disorder after striking his head on the steering wheel.
